The first thing we did was meet up at the bus stop just down from my house at around 12 o'clock to get the bus to our local mall then to downtown . So like the blogger I am I had to document our bus ride with a picture to let all you readers see! There I am with my aviator sunglasses ( which I got at blue notes on sale for 2.00$!!) and my blue hair on the bus beginning our adventure!
When we got downtown we headed right for smokes for some lunch . For those of you who don't know what this restaurant is, it is a Canadian franchisee that specializes in a very popular Canadian dish called poutine, which is Fries with grave and chees curds. As you can see I have a little extra added to mine it has pulled pork and bacon on it aswell. We all headed into the restaurant, ordered our food and had our lunch, delicious!! ( if you ever get the chance to try poutine I highly recommend you do! )
After our lunch we decided to do a little window shopping. As the teenage girls we are we just had to head into the candy store to get some yummy gummies! The freak lunchbox is the best place for all your candy needs, unfourtunatly I did not get a picture if the inside but trust me you name a candy and they will have it. We also went to an antique shop, a record shop, and some cool clothing stores as well.
Now in my hometown it is a mandatory thing that you take a trip to the roof top of one of the buildings, and that is exactly what we did. It is a bit of a climb but the view is worth it. You can see all of downtown from up there. It really is a beautiful thing to look at, all the old buildings ( also a great place for people watching ) While we were up there we sat, chated, and of course ate some candy!!
Last but not least is a little outfit of the day !! I didn't want to dress up since we would only be walking around and I wanted to be comfortable while I was out. I went for a casual look with a tank top from winners, some maroon leggings from garage, sandals from icing, and my favorite bag and sunglasses from blue notes ! I also kept my make up simple with just mascara ( l'oreal lash out butterfly mascara ). Today was a fun filled day with my favourite people we had a great time and I wouldn't want to spend it with anyone else. I apologize for the fact that this is not a very text filled post but I really just wanted you guys to see the photos I took! I hope you guys enjoyed this post !
